Our services

Bosio Dentistry Solutions processes zirconia, lithium disilicate, resin, and other materials with industry-leading technology to ensure realistic results of the highest quality and strength at affordable prices. Our working process

Our professionals process, mill, sinter and color the material to deliver a finished product of the highest standard, from dental veneers to 3D bites.

Data capture

Intraoral scan or dental impressions digitisation in the dental laboratory or company.

Model processing

Our professionals process the digital file

CAD modelling

Once the virtual model is obtained, the prosthesis is designed on the computer using a CAD design software. This produces an STL (Standard Triangulation Language) file.

CAM milling

The STL file is sent to a milling software. It creates the prototype with all the shapes designed at CAD level by subtraction.

Dry Milling or Milling with Fluid

Depending on the material, the milling will be dry (zirconium oxide) or with fluid (lithium disilicate).

3D printing

The printing software transforms the object of the STL file into a series of individual layers which will constitute the object by addition.

Finishing

Final staining with glaze

Delivering of the finished product

The finished product is sent with certification.
